During colonial times, a strong coffee was needed to keep the European workers alert after a heavy meal. Food Coma Booster is a bold version of Singapore's Kopi-O Kosong that uses a blend of robusta beans which are roasted with sugar and margarine to replicate the European torrefacto roasting method.

1) Ground coffee powder - Please choose the grind size according to how you intend to brew it.

- Espresso/Moka pot - Fine
2) Coffee bags - Kopi-O Gao. 12 grams of coffee grounds in a bag. Suitable for a fuss-free brew.
