Nanyang (Southern ocean) Sunrise is Singapore's Kopi-O Kosong created during the colonial times. It uses robusta beans which are roasted with sugar and margarine to replicate the European torrefacto roasting method. This coffee will give you the most authentic taste from where it all started.
It is easy to drink yet the strength is strong enough to power up your mornings.
Choose from the options to customise your coffee -
1) Ground coffee powder - Please choose the grind size according to how you intend to brew it.
- French press/Cold brew - Coarse
- Drip/Siphon - Medium
- Espresso/Moka pot - Fine
2) Coffee bags - Kopi-O Gao. 12 grams of coffee grounds in a bag. Suitable for a fuss-free brew.
